1) Where does Ritter's deliver?

very close by, odds are we will be capable of delivering to you. If you
are unsure, please call us. If you are outside these
neighborhoods, we will determine if we can deliver to you when you
call ($4 to $5 delivery charge). Sorry for the vagueness,
but we want to ensure that your food arrives in a timely manner and in
delicious condition. We will do our best to make it possible.

2) How long does is take
to receive my order?
The average delivery
time is 35 minutes. This will vary depending upon the size of your
order and your location. All items are made fresh, so delivery
time will vary slightly depending on what you order.
3) Will I be able to order in advance (days in
advance)?
Yes, you can order in
advance but it is not necessary. To order in advance, please call
773-529-4700 between 9AM and 4PM the day before you would like to
receive your order- or days earlier if you like. If you choose to pay by credit card, you
will not be charged until the day of the delivery.
4) Will I be able to order online?
Not
yet- we should have that capability this year- we're working on it!
5) Will I be able to fax an order?

order. If you order 24 hours in advance, you can email or fax:

6) How does Ritter's keep the food fresh?
All items on the menu
were chosen with delivery in mind. We guarantee all items to arrive
fresh. If at anytime you are dissatisfied with anything in your
order, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace the
item(s).

9) Does Ritter's only accept cash?
No, we also

10) What if I call and the phone is busy or I get
put into voicemail?
We have three
phone lines, so occasionally someone will receive voicemail. If you
receive voicemail, please leave your name and telephone number and
we'll call you back IMMEDIATELY (USUALLY WITHIN 5 MINUTES).
