Kevin Ritter is Caitlin's husband and business partner.  Kevin started Ritter's Breakfast Delivery after being unable to find a quality breakfast delivery service in Chicago.  Before forming Ritter's, Kevin earned an MBA from Loyola University and he helped lead the marketing efforts of Gingiss Formalwear and iMaternity.com.  Starting a business has been a lifelong goal of Kevin's.  This goal was realized with the formation of Ritter's Breakfast Delivery on September 4^th, 2004.  With the help of his outstanding employees, Kevin launched location #2 at 2665 N. Clark Street on September 15^th, 2005.

Kevin is thankful for all his friendly regular customers. Thanks to these pioneering customers, on September 4th, 2006, Ritter's Breakfast Delivery reached the two-years-in-business mark.
