Caitlin Ritter is Kevin's wife and business partner.  Caitlin is currently a U.I.C. Urban Planning graduate student and she is a fulltime analyst for a dynamic Chicago consulting company.  Caitlin has completed a planning internship with the City of Chicago, she has worked for two Chicago developers, and she holds a B.A. in architecture. Caitlin helped form Ritter's Breakfast Delivery from the beginning and she now inspires creativity, and helps set the long-term direction. Without Caitlin's dedication, hard work, and direction, Ritter's wouldn't have made it to the two-years-in-business mark.
